For Pre-Orders:
Pre-Orders are refundable within 24 hours after purchase. Any cancellation thereafter will be accompanied by a 20% cancellation fee of the total cost of the transaction. Some rare exceptions may apply.

Prior to shipment, we check the item carefully before shipping. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. The time to deliver varies from 3-7 days.
Returns
The stock is constantly changing. It is not managed entirely by us since we have multiple entities, including the factory and the storage. This means that the actual stock could change at any time. It is possible that your order will be out of stock once the order has been placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase however, we're unable to give you a refund or exchange.
The item cannot be in use and must be in its original condition. You must have the item in its original packaging.
