All 4-Inch Funko Pop! items will ship in soft protectors unless otherwise noted (sales, discounts).
Any Funko Pop! Items larger than 6-Inches (10-Inches & 18-Inches) must be purchased alone (Quantity of 1) with no other item in order to ship properly. If other items are purchased with larger Funko items, one or more of the different items will be automatically removed (in order to properly preserve your shipment).
For In-Stock, Designer, or Custom Items:
This is non-refundable and cannot be canceled after purchase.
All In-Stock items are non-mint (8/10 – 9/10 Grade). Mint items are strictly pre-order items direct from suppliers. A non-mint item may have a perfect grade but is not defined as such by us.
For Pre-Order Items:
This can be canceled within 24 hours after purchase.
All pre-order items have a mint guarantee (10 Grade). If a pre-order item is damaged upon arrival, we will not ship your item until a replacement is received (item or box). An update will be given if your order has been affected.
If you have an outstanding order (6-Month +), you may cancel your order without a cancellation fee.

All pre-order and non-Funko in-stock item ship dates are subject to change.
Orders will ship only after all items in your order are received at our warehouse. For faster delivery, order in-stock and pre-order items separately.

Please note that orders with multiple items are subject to a processing period that is based to the specific item.
Prior to shipment, we check the item carefully before shipping. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. The time to deliver varies from 3-7 days.
Returns
The stock is constantly changing. It is not managed entirely by us since we have multiple entities, including the factory and the storage. This means that the actual stock could change at any time. It is possible that your order will be out of stock once the order has been placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase however, we're unable to give you a refund or exchange.
The item cannot be in use and must be in its original condition. You must have the item in its original packaging.
